Do take note, if there is any refund to the buyer due to missing item/wrong order or damage order, it may result in a deduction payment in your wallet.

However, not to worry, the customer service team will reach out to your outlet via call and email to validate the buyer's claim. 

If you would like to dispute the deduction, you may respond to the email we sent or reach out to us via the ‘Contact Us’ options below within 7 days of the wallet adjustment. 

Note: Please ensure that your contact details are up-to-date so we can notify you promptly regarding such requests.
